Our Weekly Minimum Mileage Guarantee
Every week, we guarantee a minimum of 2,300 miles, which equals $1,610 per week on our Road Warrior program. Not many companies offer a weekly mileage guarantee, but since we are hauling refrigerated loads constantly, there are miles to be driven. If you are available for dispatch Monday to Monday and do not refuse any loads, you are eligible for the guarantee.
• Midwest Regional – 66 CPM = $1,518 per week guaranteed
• Midwest Regional Premium – 68 CPM = $1,564 per week guaranteed
• Road Warrior – 75 CPM = $1,725 per week guaranteed
Road Warriors Can Make $95,000 to $100,000+ per Year
In 2025, K&B recorded multiple drivers who made over $100,000. Staying out on the road for two months at a time making 75 CPM pays dividends, especially when you factor in safety bonuses and more! Earn $2,000+ On Top Weeks with Our Midwest Regional Premium Pay
If you want to make big bucks but are not keen on staying out on the road for two months at time, then our Midwest Regional Premium Pay position may be a great fit for you. In many locations in the Midwest and parts of the South, we offer this position that has you on the road for four weeks at a time making 68 CPM. With the weekly mileage guarantee, you will make a minimum of $1,564 per week, and $2,000+ on good weeks!
We Hire Experienced OTR Drivers
Since we require one year of OTR experience to get hired, we pay more per mile than other companies. Having that experience under your belt is the key to making more money on the road.
Our Generous Per Diem Package
On top of our guaranteed weekly pay, we also offer a per diem package. This means that $80 of your income per day (or $560 per week) is non-taxable, leading to more money in your pocket.
Continuous Refrigerated Loads That Keep You Moving
As we mentioned, we are always hauling refrigerated loads containing boxed meats and other consumable goods. Since everyone must eat, food is always in high demand. Because of that, we always have loads available and miles for you to drive. Remove the stress of weekly miles by driving with K&B!
Regular Bonus Structure
Clean driving earns you money at K&B Transportation. Every six months, we give out $500 safety bonuses. Every time you have a clean inspection, we give you $200. If you refer a new driver to use, we will pay you $1,500 as a referral bonus. Even with guaranteed weekly miles, we take care of our drivers with regularly scheduled bonuses.
Layover & Detention Pay
While we do offer guaranteed pay every week, if you are stuck at a shipper or receiver for too long, we offer $10 per hour after the first three hours for detention pay. If you experience delays in loads due to weather, traffic, or something else, we also offer layover pay. We pay $25 every six hours after the first day in layover pay to ensure you are still earning money even if you are not moving.
