In many Central US locations, you can take advantage of our Midwest Regional Pay that offers you 70 CPM to start with the same 2,300 mile guarantee we have always had. This position guarantees you $1,610 per week minimum and gets you home every 12 to 14 weeks for 2 days.

Get a balance of top pay and home time every weekend. Our home weekend drivers earn $70 – 75 CPM and average around $1,500-$1,650 weekly. While there is not a mileage guarantee, drivers enjoy the same bonuses and accessory pay as our other home time options and get home more often. This option is available only in select Midwest locations.

Great OTR company. I left my last job due to slow freight, I am turning good miles but have had to rely on the guarantee twice in the last month but was paid it with no issues as prior times as well. Dispatcher is good, 99% of my dealings are with him so I really don't have much judgement on the rest of the staff but those who I speak to help me fast. All is good so far.

I have been there and done that. K&B transportation seems to be the best of the done that part. Its the only company that i have worked for that pays what they say. Dispatch is easy to reach, trucks a little older but I could get a newer one if I wanted an automatic. And, I would only leave if I could find a good lease that doesn't screw you but that is hard to find. Trucking isnt for cry babies especially here.
