MIDWEST REGIONAL PREMIUM PAY PACKAGE
Want to earn premium pay but not want to commit to 8 weeks out? K&B Transportation is hiring for our new Midwest Regional Premium position. Drivers on this option go out for only 4 weeks at a time and then get 5 days of home time!

TRADITIONAL MIDWEST REGIONAL PAY SCALE
Our OTR fleet is perfect for the individual who wants high mileage along with great pay. Choose between traveling to both coasts or staying within the greater Midwest.
Currently, our traditional OTR pay scale is based on time with K&B Transportation. Meaning the longer you stay, the more opportunity to grow your paycheck.

INSURANCE
All full time employees receive the option to enroll into our insurance plan that offers life, health and dental coverage through Aetna Insurance. With this plan comes the benefit of having a Nationwide PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) that allows you to receive care and services from providers of your choice.
Choose between either Plan A which offers lower co-pays and deductibles, or Plan B which offers greater affordability.

Worried about how you'll get to our orientation? Don't worry; we have you covered. That's right, once you're approved to attend our orientation, we can fly you out to our main location in South Sioux City.
