Awesome company to work for. Been here over 11 years. Owners are great people and the staff is great also. Yes their is good days and bad days but that's with any job. Equipment is great and well maintained. They definitely keep me going and get me home on time. Definitely a good company to work for. 👍👍👍👍

They pay great, I get great miles, Awesome guarentee, I have a great dispatcher who listens to me!!!! I'm going on three years In Feb. I can truly say I'm happy here.

Great OTR company. I left my last job due to slow freight, I am turning good miles but have had to rely on the guarantee twice in the last month but was paid it with no issues as prior times as well. Dispatcher is good, 99% of my dealings are with him so I really don't have much judgement on the rest of the staff but those who I speak to help me fast. All is good so far.

I have been there and done that. K&B seems to be the best of the done that part. Its the only company that i have worked for that pays what they say. Dispatch is easy to reach, trucks a little older but I could get a newer one if I wanted an automatic. I would only leave if I could find a good lease that doesn't screw you but that is hard to find. Trucking isnt for cry babies especially here.

Solid choice for drivers that want to stay out.

I’m on the Road Warrior option with K&B Transportation, and it’s been one of the most straightforward setups I’ve had in trucking. I stay out longer by choice, rack up serious miles, and the pay reflects it. I’m consistently running strong weeks without sitting around waiting on loads.

Dispatch knows I want to keep moving and plans freight accordingly. Communication is solid, and I don’t have to chase anyone down for answers. Equipment is reliable, and when something does come up, maintenance handles it without slowing me down.

This is a good option for drivers who don’t mind staying out and going home for extended time and prefer to maximize miles and income. If you like staying out, keeping your wheels turning, and being treated like a professional, the Road Warrior program here does exactly what it says.

Pay is good. Sometimes the 8 weeks gets old

Pay is the best out their. Pay is 70 CPM and while I have a guarantee I rarely need it. Sometimes the 8 weeks can seem long, but overall it is worth it for the time off. There are better hometime options in the midwest but not where I live. Overall two thumbs up from me.

As a three year driver here I have overall had a great experience. First off the pay is probably the best out there. I have done three different options in my time here, starting out as a Road Warrior but then switching to monthly hometime on mileage pay and now doing dedicated. The nice thing about K&B is there are different options. When I first started money was tight and I needed that more than hometime. As that situation corrected itself I went home more with a bit of a pay cut but now am doing dedicated and get a great balance. As far as trucks, they are adequate and get the job done. As a driver there is always stuff you could use you don’t have but that is simply trucking. The benefits are great, any bonus or accessory pay has always been on time. Staff is always helpful, I can’t complain.

In my three years here I have made here what I probably made in 5 years at my last otr job. My dispatcher is friendly and meets my needs. The truck gets the job done and when it does have issues they are fixed. I don’t need the guarantee much but when I do it is there. No job is perfect but this one is probably as close to perfect as you can get.
