Awesome company to work for. Been here over 11 years. Owners are great people and the staff is great also. Yes their is good days and bad days but that's with any job. Equipment is great and well maintained. They definitely keep me going and get me home on time. Definitely a good company to work for. 👍👍👍👍

They pay great, I get great miles, Awesome guarentee, I have a great dispatcher who listens to me!!!! I'm going on three years In Feb. I can truly say I'm happy here.

Great OTR company. I left my last job due to slow freight, I am turning good miles but have had to rely on the guarantee twice in the last month but was paid it with no issues as prior times as well. Dispatcher is good, 99% of my dealings are with him so I really don't have much judgement on the rest of the staff but those who I speak to help me fast. All is good so far.

I have been there and done that. K&B seems to be the best of the done that part. Its the only company that i have worked for that pays what they say. Dispatch is easy to reach, trucks a little older but I could get a newer one if I wanted an automatic. I would only leave if I could find a good lease that doesn't screw you but that is hard to find. Trucking isnt for cry babies especially here.

Review of Road Warrior Position

I am a Road Warrior driver at K&B Transportation. My review of the Road Warrior job is pretty simple. I stay out 8 weeks at a time and then go home for 10 days. I make 70 Cents per mile and have a $1750 guarantee but out of 8 weeks out typically only need it once. The rest is just your typical OTR truck driving job. The reality is if you don’t mind being on the road and want to make the best money as an OTR truck driver the Road Warrior position is for you.

Three weeks in...

I found K&B while broke down for the 4th time with my previous company (without pay), from 3 – 5 days, waiting on parts, or it being the weekend, or simply no reload from Friday evening till monday morning.

I ask how they handle drivers who find themselves in this situation and Royce with K&B assured me of the $1750 guaranteed weekly pay.

Today is Monday the start of my 3rd week and on Friday my reload was delayed until Sunday when K&B took me off the load and gave me a relay on Sunday night to deliver Monday morning….2 1/2 days waiting. But I was assured that no one is at fault, that these things happen and that the $1750 is exactly what they mean.

During the waiting I was allowed to PC to the gym and Walmart.

Because of the $1750 minimum guarantee, I remained calm and stres free for the first time in years….

They expect professionalism because they pay for it…

I recommend this company to any driver who can put in 2 months at a time (defiantly not for everyone)… K&B has been true to their word.

The Pay Can't Be Beat

Been here for 6 months, pay is on spot and the 10 days off in a row are very nice. 70 CPM is the most I have ever made as a driver and I get the miles to go with it.
